Known as a "12 lead ECG" machine it actually has 10 leads as 2 pairs give a double image. Used in cardiac scenarios to record a heart tracing. Not a heart monitor as such, more of a diagnostic machine so found in A&E, GP surgeries, outpatient clinics etc.
